Watch your contract if you sign with this company. They have statements that say if you cancel the contract cause your selling your house, you need to let them know and the tank and pipes can be removed if the new owner chooses not to go … More with their company. But they take the propane that's in the tank but that was not their property per the contract and should be credited back to the customer. But they don't pay you for it, even when all parties know what you paid per gallon and know how much is in the tank. Half a tank can be a nice credit especially in these times of gas prices.
Stealing what is not legally their gas. So make sure you go to another company that doesn't rip you off!!!! Don't use East Coast Propane.
